Try using a different browser or incognito mode* Court is a Holistic Family Sleep Coach who supports families from pregnancy through childhood using evidence-based, responsive, and relationship-centered approaches to sleep. Their work helps parents understand normal sleep development, reduce stress around sleep, and create sustainable routines that honor attachment, nervous system regulation, and whole-family wellbeing. Court works with a wide range of families, including those with neurodivergent children and diverse family needs.

Objective 1: Using slides, handouts, and pediatric sleep scenarios, participants will identify three or more contributors to pediatric sleep variability and describe developmentally expected versus stress- or mismatch-related sleep patterns.
Objective 2: Using pediatric case studies and developmental context, participants will apply a evidence-based sleep framework to generate at least two support strategies, and analyze factors by differentiating sleep patterns and examining regulatory or environmental influences.
Objective 3: Using interdisciplinary case information and family context, participants will formulate a simple, responsive sleep support plan by integrating biology, regulation, and attachment considerations to design at least two individualized strategies, and evaluate the need for referral or collaboration by justifying one professional pathway.
This workshop explores a holistic, relationship-centered approach to supporting infant and child sleep. Providers will examine why sleep challenges are so common, how to assess sleep within the broader family context, and how to move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions. Through a practical framework, discussion of key considerations and red flags, and real-life case examples, participants will strengthen their ability to respond thoughtfully, collaboratively, and effectively to the families they serve. Space for discussion and questions will be prioritized to support real-world application.
